We can apply for permits and tax licenses for you, as well as remit your monthly taxes and quarterly reports; on time, every time.

Good Neighbor Guarantee

Every guest is required to sign our Good Neighbor Policy. Your neighbors will love that we strictly enforce peace and quiet from 9pm - 7am. Loud music and voices are squashed by noise alert devices, and smoking is never allowed in the property. Our after hours team is on call 7 nights a week for both guest issues and neighbor reports.

$3500 HomeSafe damage insurance

Your home will be covered by $1,000,000 in liability insurance as well as a $3,500 guest damage insurance policy. When our inspectors find damage, Cardo will automatically fix or replace the covered item without the need to wait for Airbnb insurance, which can take weeks or even months to be paid out.
